Guardians are requested to apply for withdrawal of their wards from the school atleast one month in advance, failing which one month's tuition fee in lieu of notice will be charge.

Special Instructions for Parents / Guardians

• Parents must ensure that their wards are regular, punctual, properly dressed and always carrying school identity card and diary with them.
• Leave applications upto 3 days should be addressed to the class teacher and, for more than 3 days, to the Principal
• No short leave for birthdays, engagements, or any other family celebrations will be granted during school hours.
• No concession will be granted especially to class XI and XII students, for coming late to school on grounds of private tuitions etc.
• Students are forbidden to leave the school premises during regular school hours without the written permission of the Principal.
• Students who are suffering from any contagious disease should not attend school. Those who have had such disease must furnish a medical clearance certificate before they are allowed to rejoin classes.
• Parents are requested not to visit classrooms on working days without prior appointment/consent of the Principal.
• Parents can meet the teacher after 2:00PM or with the written permission of the principal.
• Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry their Tiffin’s with them in the morning. Due to security reasons we do not accept Tiffin’s sent through servants and friends.
• No teacher is permitted to take tuitions.
• School discourages birthday celebrations in the school. Should a parent wish to celebrate his child’s birthday in school, it should be restricted to distribution of toffees only.
• No exchange is sought from a Unit Test. In the case of illness a medical certificate must accompany the application.
• Parents should make it a point to attend the parent-teacher meeting on the given date. The school administration will take a serious view of parent regularly absenting themselves from such meetings.
